Returns Policy

At Kanak Collections, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our imitation jewellery. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or used.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Kindly include the following details:

  • Order ID and contact information

  • Clear images showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions and courier details.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for safely returning the product in its original condition and packaging.

  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation for either replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping costs may be reimbursed if the return is due to a product defect or error from our side.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • If the item is found to be used or tampered with, the refund will not be approved.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased on clearance or sale

  • Customized or special-order items


7. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for another design, please contact our team. Exchanges are allowed only for products of equal or higher value (subject to stock availability).
